You guys are stupid! If you work under 40 hrs a week, you are no longer considered a fulltime employee. When you’re not FTE, the company doesn’t have to pay you any benefits: healthcare, vacation time, unemployment, bonuses. Don’t be stupid. DO NOT think this is a good deal. And it doesn’t matter what an HR rep tells you, it matters how the Government defines full time.

We were told yesterday - 3 days a week, only for hybrid. For the half of you who are home based, you are not affected. Tell me how that is fair
Was announced for CXO organization. Desperate to make up for lack of movement in their KPI's. Brian what are you going to do differently? Er...An extra day in the office should fix it! And...I guess I'll focus on delivery and stop self promoting by being part of CX panels telling everyone how great I am, I mean how great VZ is.

Cr-p post. VCG has been 3 days RTO since early last year when the company went 2x per week. NOTHING NEW HERE!!!!

Stop the lies my boss was just hired lives across the country and out whole team is outta 5 different offices past 5 years i dont have a physical location. The location that i reported to was sold and the new place just for records does not have room
