No one should attend in person.
Virtual should obviously be out of the question we can’t work virtual.

“Don't be there are his S H IT will explode everywhere!”
They will make sure the room is full even if they have to go herd people in there. The ideal play would be for everyone to grow some ball$ and boycott the town hall by not dialing in. It won’t make a bit of difference for the town hall itself but when he asks for the remote attendance numbers he would flip out with the 60% drop in attendance. I don’t expect employees here to stand their ground and fight for anything though. Its the way its always been.
he doesn't care
"MORALE, not MORAL...try to learn the difference in meanings!"
Aren't both applicable?
Employees' Morale hit rock bottom due to 'leadership's' lack of Morals.
“ Remember when the Stink came to Middletown and no one showed up to kiss his hairy a$$? The was going to pop his cork! He was madder than H E L L!”
That’s because he is an egomaniacal sociopath.

This was just before he started the RTO S H I T!
Wanna get maximum S H I T show - then if no one showed up he will pop!
Don't be there are his S H IT will explode everywhere!
MORALE, not MORAL...try to learn the difference in meanings! I can't believe most of you people are supposed to be college grads!
Only staff sycophants and HR were invited to attend in person in the first place. They are evil, not stupid.
So are they gonna acknowledge our culture and moral is at an all time low?
They gonna acknowledge the success of their DEI hiring efforts. They will show the increase in PoC but what will be glaringly obvious will be the absence of a bar or graph depicting the drastic decline in Caucasians. Imagine that. Respect yourselves and say something. do something.
Send a case of peanut butter.
Question for the town hall:
How many “badged” employees are you planning to decrease YOY between now and 2029. What is AT&T employee reduction target goal ?
How many remaining “badged” employees is T expecting to have by EOY 2029.
The thing about it is, if the employee is exhibiting an attitude, the career might go haywire. If it was me, I'd weigh the duties of the job and the money and, if I stayed, I'd play along.
But in my case, the person I reported to was a friend, and not part of the policy making part of the company. Why would I want to sc--w that up?
(Of course, this was earlier. I had a seat. 😉)
“ The boot licking and phony laughter and what not seriously almost make me physically ill at this point.
I just can't watch these things anymore.”
You must be a mind reader! 😏 Seriously, it’s the most disingenuous “dog & pony” show. The captive audience looks like they’re in front of a tribunal (deciding on execution or life).
I am planning to use a PTO day.
Who’s going to ask really good questions such as the ones we see posed here all the time?
So are they gonna acknowledge our culture and moral is at an all time low? Nah, Jeff will just scream from the top of his lungs, Fiber, fiber, FIBER!!!!! The audience cheers while groaning inside.
The boot licking and phony laughter and what not seriously almost make me physically ill at this point.
I just can't watch these things anymore.
EVERYONE register April 1.
Then don’t show.
Too many bootlickers left for this to make a meaningful impact
10 Applause points if you attend in person.
5 Applause points if virtual.
“ Please be sure to attend or tune in to this live-only event to hear your questions answered.”
This is your cue to record it yourself.
Decisions not to attend will be taken as indication of resignation by supervisors.
