Anyone else find it odd that they have not announced the employee survey responses? In the past those responses have always been shared but this year crickets.

I haven’t taken the survey in years. My current manager never goes over the results. And my previous manager’s response to anything we brought up was always, “These decisions are made above my pay grade.” So I gave up.
They know what area it comes from but not what specific person graded. My Mgr once asked me once did I know who on the team may not like her as she was not graded well. I answered honestly that I didn't know of anyone and said I always thought you could tell who had stated it and she said no they cant. They know you have done the survey but not what you said unless in the additional comments if you were crazy enough to say something to narrow it down.
I heard it was only 1 question this round and a place for comments. If you think the survey is actually anonymous you must be crazy. The emails they bombarded you with up to this one all have the link to get to the survey. That survey is linked to your email, which is how they know how many on each team have NOT taken it. I haven't taken one of those stupid survey in over 15 years, what's the point. They don't listen, they don't care. Stop taking the survey. This year we were TOLD we had to take it. OR WHAT? I'll get another 4 or 1% raise again next year? They can shove that right up their @sses.
Because they don't care.
What’s the point, as they are planning to get rid of all of us? They are planning our exit, not trying to make things better for any of us.
Wow I was thinking the same thing
