What a strange culture shift we have going on.
Temp guys (we all know who they are) are being made to / feared into busting their backs or risk being laid off....
While the obvious entitled ones (you know who you are), who are clearly not up to the mark being asked to run the show on the shoulders of the hard-working individuals, as an obvious F-U by the leaders....
Only people going through anxiety and fear are the temp workers due to clear directive by the higher ups and the HR
