They paying around 2-4 weeks severance per year of employment maxing at 52. I Can collect in 1 lump sum after 45 day notice period ends. Then they pay out vacation too.

March 26 - massive RIF’s 100+ in HR and 1500+ in the US. Told it is not performance but reorganization. RIF conversations occurred without notice and put on calendars with maybe an hours notice.

RIF'ed party here - I was a FT WFH employee from day one and yes the period of notice was the standard 45 days nothing more.

As one of the parties who was RIF'ed today - they gave the standard 45 day notice period - there was no June option.

Some, if not all agility leads (I know of at least 3 on the samr team) in CCB operations were notified today of the 45 days. This was at Polaris.
