Were severance packages given out?
Got laid off this morning. I was told it was due to budget cuts and my position was eliminated. Kinda got ambushed at my weekly meeting with this information.
Laid off as well, virtual/remote employee. Not Jacksonville, but probably worked with said Jacksonville employee that commented first. Tech dev.
Told I had great reviews this period and they saw a lot of growth, and it was only a headcount thing. lol.
2025 is a brutal year. Company is not getting any meaningful size new customers. Every quarter Stephanie is just going to cut the workforce bit by bit and we are NOT even in a recession YET.
Is the Jacksonville RIFs also Tech Dev or a different organization?
I just got laid off as well, it was a 1 on 1 meeting with my manager, HR joined and told me my position was being terminated.
