New average hours report was still wrong

It was still wrong all the places. Seems like they can never make it right. This week office hour calculation was wrong. This time they even can not count hours!!

Create ticket in TUT's as you do not have to be a Supervisor as anyone can and report incorrect data.

Not anymore--corrections must now be submitted by supervisors/managers. Apparently there were too many tickets being created. But as someone else mentioned, it was updated today, and times going all the way back to the first of the year were adjusted.

The report updated today and is still wildly off the mark—not just by 15 minutes, but by 3+ hours on multiple days, totally sc--wing up your average hours. Fu--ing clowns!

Why won’t they fix what we know is flawed?

I had an issue with the report, thought I could open a ticket but the note said, tickets can only be submitted by supervisors. Any tickets not submitted by supervisors will be deleted. So are you all getting your supervisors to submit tickets for you?? No one mentioned this was necessary.

L5 called the report a distraction. We are professionals. Be where you are supposed to be and ignore the report.

"possible they too see you as a sniveler and are looking forward to seeing you get bounced"

Our manager told us in June some of the lowest performers will begin receiving demotion performance counseling because employees are not leaving quickly enough on their own.

Go to the office and do your time. Stop whining about it. The only people that need to worry are those cutting corners. If you haven't already been branded a crybaby you can bring your concerns to your immediate leadership. It is possible they too see you as a sniveler and are looking forward to seeing you get bounced.

Incorrect in so many ways.. showing less hours than actually in office. I know it might be a rarity for many out there but I have many days 6am to 630-7pm the max is 12 hours credited.. Bottom line the company only cares about getting its "8", anything more its a blatant FU in the rear.. I love the disclaimer, "this is not a time reporting system... the F*** its not!! AT&T senior management.. YOU ARE LIARS

People will keep creating ticket to prove themself and AT&T will create your video when they will need to terminate you.
But keep creating and enjoy until you are safe.
AT&T is developing very good culture time report with video.
But no warning or educating their employees.
Good company good new culture supported by their top management. Make video make report and terminate..

Hour report is prepared to scare employees and terminate them and say they have video evidences. So they can cut any job at any time. Whomever they will not need their hours report they will ruin and will say they have video evidences and will terminate them.
And your supervisor or their supervisor, until they are safe they will not do anything for you even if you do best in your team.
This is the culture AT&T is developing.
People whom they terminated they did not give any warning to correct them self or sit for how long its required to be in office.
So terminating some one who came less than 3 hours or even half hour is not justice with then. If its wrong then terminate everyone who didn’t come for 8 hours.
So be ready tomorrow any one number will come and they will have video evidences.
Thats what their leadership is telling in their townhall

They pushed an update to the report late Wednesday and it now shows 15 minutes on Friday

I wasn’t in the office (nor did I have to be). My computer was on the vpn at that time. My cou was with me I feel like I’m being framed for coffee badging

If only I could figure out why I have a fake 15 minutes and extend that to the whole day.

If you only checked during the day yesterday and had nothing for Friday you may have something now.

Once I had photographic timestamped evidence that the report was inaccurate I stopped tracking anything else.

I can prove it’s wrong, now they have to prove it’s 100% accurate.

KEEP CREATING TICKETS!! We cannot allow them to report falsely and not speak up for ourselves. Even if they take no action, SAVE a copy of every ticket you submit as your documentation!

“ Report works fine. The only people complaining are the ones who can't work an 8 hour day.”

I know you really didn’t just say something so stupid. There’s no way you actually believe this statement yourself despite knowing that so many people have false reports even after being in the office for more than 8 hours. Get help chief, this ain’t it 🤡🫵

Where is everyone seeing the hourly report? Last I saw that was removed. The only thing we can see is the average hours report that just shows for the month.

Yup everyone now abuzz with how sc--wed up it is, last Thursday and Friday not counted for many.

Thousands more tickets that will be ignored, incoming.

This is lunacy.

You’d think someone in leadership would step in and just put a halt to it until they’ll can get it right. Crickets—-
