Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Mediocrity is pervasive; stay if you want to degrade your skills and career

Only working until 12 pm est now days; checked out and don’t really care.

I have tried and tried to work on interesting projects. My views and ideas fall on deaf ears; no one here gives a ** and just wants to be mediocre and not do any actual work.

Stay here and keep collecting paychecks while looking for next best thing. This company is where dreams and aspirations go to die.

Im ashamed and embarrassed to work here and quite frankly have no idea how this company is alive.

It takes 3 weeks to make any decisions; meetings are pointless and just a bunch of people rambling.

You guys must be in model e. Come to ford credit! Much of the talent is over there. Model e is for people that have no where to go. It’s understandable you feel like you don’t fit in if you have something to give

Wow, you are lucky. I am stuck longer, sometimes a year, waiting for the hammer to fall. Decisions used to take 3 weeks when I started years ago. Now, nobody would sign anything, for fear of losing their jobs.
