Upstreamers - Who inspires and motivates you?

So I just want to check who of the leadership team inspires and motivates you? I’ve seen a few of the leadership team - LMM certainly doesn’t, Global Prj President seems driven by chase to the bottom. None of your leaders seem credible and seem to be fearful for real change versus cost reduction. Is there anyone who is a real inspirational leader or has it been driven out of them by DWW?

I am inspired and motivated by our President telling me to stay current with all training so that I can add value for the new owner when my affiliate is sold to a new operator.

Check out Bart C. Genuine leader. Strategic and inspiring. Not many others worth anything. Arrogant LM. JG actually posted a United Way auction item allowing the winner of the auction the privilege of driving him around while he plays golf. (The auction winner must stay in the cart).

MD is the worst.

But it’s hard competition with all the talent (fakers, posers, and parasites) in LCS. I mean: cousins??

I wonder were he left his Brazil flag lapel pin. Lmao

Have you seen Justin’s post in India with the outsourced workforce??
That motivates me to continue to transfer my job over to BTC.
‘Double chin’ has it all figured out over there. She’s the best.
So inspirational.
So motivational.

Linda’s LinkedIn posts are so inspirational and uplifting that they make me want to roll my eyes and ba-f.
Cringey, delusional, and fake.

Bet Upstream leadership don’t like being performance assessed. So far, most seem NSI on the inspire and motivate dimension.

Ugh, THAT MD is still here?! I met him a decade ago and he was terrible.

For those who don't know, MD = Michael Deal.

He inspired me to leave.

He is a total douchebag and incompetent autistic psychopath.

Do you really thing his "sympathy" for the LGBT community has anything to do with genuine sympathy? NOPE, it's a total façade.

Are you wondering why EMTEC is top toxic? Ask the Deal dude.

No one motivates me. I could make better decisions than any one of them (or all of them). This isn’t bragging. It is not that hard.

Liam and Linda must realize how ill thought out their plans are with the loss of all of this knowledge. I am pretty sure it’s the very good and above who are leaving?

Our executives only think about profits and have no vision or inspiration to share.

My executive and managers from 15 years ago. I still remember their words of wisdom and good advice. J haven't seen any current who could hold a candle to them

Older folks were driven out.

Less older are checked out, waiting until retirement.

Young folks quit.

Us in the middle (at least in GP) are poking around with job offers, making sure we jump ship at a good pay rate. Even though it’s a $hit show, a GP CV is marketable. I’ll be happy to let this place sink as I ditch out.
