The Execs vote each other bonuses.
Let’s unionize and vote ourselves bonuses.
Just like politics. There is a disconnect between the people and the lawmakers.
They will do whatever thing to fill their coffers. Outrage doesn't seem to affect them. Like the several strikes that we did against exxon. Barely nothing has change or affect them
A vicious cycle
We’re not employees in the classical sense. We’re gig workers on an annual contract. We’re definitely not members of the core team carrying out the operations of the corporation…more like a bbl of oil, pay as little as you have to, and only for as much as needed.
You’re expected to go sell your labor for the highest price on your own. The days of sitting back, doing good work, and not having to worry about being paid a fair wage are over. Every day is a separate transaction.
