Totally correct. No link between company results and the employee.
Fu-k the executives. A bunch of as-----s they are! Thin margin business unless you are an executive and then every day is a windfall.
Don’t ever let a manager tell you we are on “hard times” or we need to buckle down. The executives will continue to pull down mega raises and bonuses, while the rest of us try to determine what we do with our 0.0% raises and lack of basic respect.
