I like how Exxon takes care of people. Best example is from European refineries, we have some really good people who spent their career helping Exxon succeed. Exxon is taking care of them by having them placed as Expats in other locations (across HR, Engg., manufacturing etc)
I am happy that Exxon found me a job and didn’t make me redundant

I'm telling you one thing. I was working at an EM refinery in Europe which was sold. At first people were appalled at the idea of losing the “protection” of big mamma ExxonMobil. 6 months after the change in control, most employees were scratching their head and asking themselves how they had managed to work so many years in such a toxic corporate culture.
