Continue to go into the office for Hawaiian shirt Fridays.
Caregiver leave every Friday to take mum to her appts.

I use to take a half day every Friday and worked at home in the mornings ; ) ...Six weeks vacation was nice even after Stankey stole a week from us!

What are you going to do. Mandate some people take Tues wed or Thurs off to keep the traffic even?
They only planned for 70% of the people to have seats. Gotta take some days off so people have a seat.
Also stop karening so much about what other people do.
People tend to take Fridays off. That's all.

People do often take PTO on Mondays and/or Fridays to have a LONG weekend.
People take a MUCH needed break from the circus 🤡.
