Did you take your buyout yet or are you waiting for lower interest rates? I waited as rates were expected to go down, but it seems like it may take longer than I thought. I don't need the money right now so a longer wait doesn't bother me.

I took it as soon as I was able to. You control it then and have more investment options than relying on interest rates going up or down mo--n.

How long are you willing to wait? It is a tricky situation. Interest rates could go up? It is a shame our ‘ buyout’ is tied to interest rates.
