Today said the final good bye - So long VGS and VZ

Ever since we moved to VGS it was a debacle. First a lawyer was made an operator, then he picked leadership based on DEI. Then he was told he is retiring per the plan that was long planned. Then a poor leader who made the lawyer lose his job was made the new boss (anyone smells politics) and then he chose his old friends as leaders. What a mess. And employees had to pay for this crazy good for nothing Fit to Win. Winning is alright with a soft Q1 announcement. Unless we send Indian H1s back and take control this is what is gonna happen.

I fondly take memories of my years but too sad that I had to be told to leave. What a great strategy was VGS and what a strategy VGS had that is totally blown up.

I didn’t realize until the comment below that Matt Ellis and Craig Silliman were fired. It is in the proxy as stated. The arrogance of leadership to lie to the entire workforce about reasons for leadership changes is a disgrace. We are not babies incapable of hearing the truth. The disrespect is astounding and truly shows how they look down on us.

Matt knew that Hans was full of it and barely literate in English and knew what was coming. Craig tried to kiss up and buy some love but he was the wrong type. While Tami was the right type she was too far in over her head to make her boss look smarter than he is and was warned, then dumped. Oh well! Now VZ India will likely engage in a reverse acquisition to legally paper up what has occurred during 2.0. The coming 3.0 which is still in planning stages will divide SBUs by geography and caste.

I noticed Ericsson opened an office in Harding Township on 202N, about 2 miles from Basking Ridge HQ.

By using derogatory remarks you are just proving how badly and inept a selfie leader are you. Hopefully your DEI audit is coming soon your way and you can try to change language all you want, there are videos of Han crying for DEI that are on the web. Elon is so many things but he is not technology challenged as you all are in Top300 (200 may be by now)

PS: I have never seen a CEO happy that his leadership team is exiting while year after year stock price is in toilet. May be problem is Hans and his leadership team. 5 yeeee to the moon!

Where this is heading is nothing but dividend cuts and stock crash. New administration is gonna block the merger unless DEI practices are removed, with no less than the removal of the CEO himself. Those who think they are staying and somehow better will look at the leaders with conscious who just left with VSP as wiser.

Lawyer boss put a inexperienced no one as Strategy person and then weak lawyer as his Asset person and no technologist as technologist. All are now gone. With huge VSP packages. I agree with DEI is not the only issue, at least now. Now the GTS boss is full blown in caste mode and unless you are from south of his country and has a thick accent that no one in America can understand, you cannot be in his team.

Glad you all are getting out. Should have volunteered!

Its not DEI its straight up corruption and nepotism. IN GTS and now VGS the criteria for moving up in leadership is "is this person from my caste"?

The FCC is going to have a field day with all of the DEI corruption at work inside the company. It is time for these execs to be outed to the public and held to account for the damage they inflicted on the shareholders and employees. Hans should be deported by homeland security!
