Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

I can’t believe it

Is the rest of the country managed as poorly as it is in Cleveland/ Pittsburgh? It seems like they got rid of the best sales reps they had and kept the complete jokes that su-ked up to management and now they know they made a big mistake.
The reps pulling the extra weight to make up for the slackers aren’t here anymore and the losers are being exposed.

No one wants merchandise write credits write orders and work 10 hours days as merchandisers 5 days a week. Supers brought this company down.

I'm a rep. Most days I'm scheduled to do the same amount of work as my ftows. How in the world am I supposed to do my job and all my ftows jobs..

The forced in product is probably what is leading to some lazy merchandisers because they’re getting sick of sorting through all the cr-p, and then almost get it cleaned up, just to be forced in pallets full more of cr-p, And it never ends. You can never have a cleaned up Walmart. So therefore, no one wants to rotate either because it just keeps coming in, 1 item sells on the shelf and you get another 1-2 cases even though you’re getting 2-3 deliveries a week. I can’t stand it anymore.

Lazy merchandisers and company forcing in product are the real issues.
