C-Suite and HR Suffering from Employee Derangement Syndrome at T

What is employee derangement syndrome?. It is a pejorative term used to describe negative reactions to employees that are irrational and to have little regard for the employees position. It is a mental disorder whereas Corporate Leadership thinks all employees are loafing on the job, playing golf or going to Costco during work hours.

“Corporate Leadership thinks all employees are loafing on the job”

Firstly, there is NO “leadership”. Secondly, they ARE hypocrites; as they do little to any real work besides lording over their fiefdoms & k1$$ing upwards.

“You're upset that we did not get your blessing before implementation.”

No, we’re upset that after us 50+ white men were told to move to a hub location or lose our jobs, the building we left behind, that was supposedly closing, remains open with DEI hires.

Maybe the "Employee Derangement" is in this assumption that a pandemic related change in working arrangements would continue after the pandemic ended.

Your argument does not hold water as it is not about the pandemic as there were people working virtual and outside of hubs way before and after the pandemic. Also, what does the pandemic have to do with the consolidation of employees to "hub" sites causing them to uproot their lives and families for no worthwhile purpose?
