DW - our biggest divestment program is in the employee space. We have policies in place to divest of all employees in HC 10 as quickly as possible to bring unique value. We are being very strategic.

Tracy is going to get such a massive payout for changing all of these HR policies in order to reduce HC10 headcount so quickly.
