BF’s ego wanted to leave a legacy… besides making Ford go bankrupt… so he spent billions on redoing the train station. Poor judgement, wasted resources, absolutely ridiculous.

I just caught a train there the other day and it was extremely nice.
Yep, 100% agree that the train station was a waste of money. Those funds would have been better spent on an improving the products or funding new programs. BF is a complete d-mba&@.
I don’t think any of the initial contractors for the model e products had their companies contract renewed long enough to watch new people come in living vicariously through their work. I mean the wheel still spins so maybe newer get a chance for new products now before the new team(s) takes position and mark their flag as startup
