Folks how come gs6 doesn’t require* mba but all of them are mba. Even if you have 14-15yoe I need to know.
The most useless and generally stupid people I've had to work with are those on these programs. All they do is spend their days name dropping their mentors and such however have no clue what they are doing. They can though tell you how brilliant they are and that they have or are finishing their MBA. I'm like yeah, most of us here already have one.
Anyone I've ever encountered from the LDP was a giant piece of garbage. Kind of like people with an MBA. Worthless.
Classic LL6 story... LL6 sez "don't do it (it's bad for me and it's all about me)"
Several years ago, I was offered LDP by my LL5. My LL6 talked me out of it. I was d-mb enough to listen to the LL6. Why did the LL6 talk me out of it? So he wouldn’t have to train a new person to do his work. How d-mb was I? Well, live and learn.
PDLPers in our area are DEI or from LCC. Most don't have the competence to be in their LL5 role. Quite a disgrace from the PDLPers from years ago.

It remained a dormant document, unless an influencer activated it in your favor. The words on it didn't matter at all.
It never did anything for me. Non-DEI here.
