I’m done waiting around for this place to cut me loose. Staying here just ki-ls my self-respect - watching this company flail while pretending everything’s fine. I don't even care if I'll be earning as much somewhere else - the stress simply isn’t worth it.

Preach. Waiting on that check and never looking back. Hard to pretend to care when the company obviously only cares about paying out their execs and board. This is a flailing and failing company.
