Any news on reorgs?

The worst thing about reorgs is how disorganized they seem. They tell you about them, but then can't tell you if your projects are going to change or not. They'll let us know "later," and possibly as late as next month. Um, I'd like to know if I'm going to continue supporting the programs I'm on, or if everything I'm doing right now is going to be scrapped in 2 weeks. Or if I need to start getting up to speed on another project.

Instead, what typically happens is something gets yanked away, and then, oh, by the way, you're now the lead on that, and the guy who used to do it is now going to be in another org and didn't document anything and has been told not to spend anytime on it now, so he won't answer anything.

Yes, yet another reorg afoot. Still kind of supports the idea that more people than they expected said they'd follow the job. Some have been in their new city/hub less than 6 weeks and are already finding they will be in a new group. Because of course the more logical thought would have been to reorg and then move human capital accordingly, but noooooo...
