Any one know what yards and titles that are getting offered? My local confirmed but hasn't shared information

Supposedly, the list/offer formally goes out today or tomorrow. We’ll see.
Yes some offers have been made. Hopefully They won't get enough takers so they go to ESB, then surplus, then to those of us who put in for VSB.
Please offer us NTECs/Comm Tech title.

Where do I sign?
At this time, only Maintenance Splicers (MSTs) and Specials Services techs are being offered. MSTs are offered $3k bonus, plus a year of pay. Specials is offered a $25k bonus, plus a year of pay.
The paper I saw had every union local on it, and asking for a different amount of volunteers for every consolidated headquarters.
