Every time they hire a new "manager," it's like they picked someone at random. No experience needed, apparently. Now the team has to train them while they make calls that set us back months. But hey, what do we know – we're just the guys who do the actual work.

So let’s clarify by manager. You’re referring to an actual manager that manages people, I.e. field location. Not an office worker they call a “manager” to get around FLSA rules correct? Yeah I can’t speak to field managers, I thought they promoted field folks to those roles, not just some random person off the street, but I could be wrong.
You could take the job and straighten it all out. But you won't do that, will ya?
