WFH still works

WFH still works. I have proof because i’m doing it right now.
All the kings horses and all the kings men, can go pi$$ off because nobody in our org has to follow this lame RTO they are still trying to push!

I enjoy working from home like everyone else. After rto, there is a difference. More communication, over the shoulder teaching and information sharing. Not saying this to make people mad. Just my opinion, if everyone is wfh all the time, team effectiveness is less.

Must have a "cool" Boss.

That's cool.

He'll have nothing to say and nothing he can do once the HR investigation starts. Not cool.
