Dear Darren,
We see that you work hard, but so do we. During the hard times, we put in the time and the effort and yet we're treated to 0-2%. Sir, that goes against everything that this company stands for. So in the name of fairness and loyalty, please do the just thing and pass down the compensation to the working levels. If you cannot do so, then you and your family will only have the judgement at the Gates of Heaven to reckon with.

Good to know that all the market competitiveness surveys indicate that our ceo is underpaid. All the other employees... Way overpaid. What a joke.

What was DW’s raise last year when so many of us got zero?

I guess we will see if the management committee values the employees that achieved the metrics or not.

The compensation of the CEO is a written formula. He maxed out at 20% because he met all of the metrics that the Board of Directors approved.

Bottom line, we all need to respect the contract between the CEO and the Board of Directors that was approved.

To be fair it was not 20%, it was only 19.3%

Mine, like so many others, was 0% and has been last year. And no, I’m not a low performer. In my view, he stole our raises for himself. That’s greed.
