Exiting CEO’s Last Day?

Anyone here know when the exiting CEO’s last day is and do you all see a potential positive turn around with the new incoming CEO? I’m not using names because the posts are getting immediately deleted… Trying again….

FB is NOT remaining as chairman. Initially he said he was not giving up thst role, but I suspect a legal conflict between being on the board of a company w/ federal contracts while working for the federal government forced otherwise. However, the rest of the board remains and their goals align with FBs actions, so... yeah, as long as the rest of the board is buddy buddy w/ FB, its gonna be more of the same. Hate to shattered anyone's hope but that's the facts.

As of April 9, 2025, the Fiserv chairman of the board is Denis J. O'Leary, and the CEO is Frank Bisignano, who is expected to transition out of the role on or before June 30, 2025. The President and CEO-elect is Michael P. Lyons

FB will be giving up his seat as Chairman of the Board when he leaves. There was information put out about that when all this started and there is a Chairman -elect alresdy named.

Will try to find that message and post it.

while he may be physically gone think about what ‘incentives’ him and the board will have put in place for the new guy.
Think about that and then think about how those incentives will either enable new guy to do his own thing or will ‘encourage’ new guy to maintain status quo

If anyone thinks for one second than Frank Mao is gonna allow anyone to come in and completely change the culture your very very much mistaken

He will have control from afar still. Nothing will change anytime soon.

According to latest shareholder ballot they intend to keep fb on as chairman. Last I heard fb's drop-dead last day was 6/30

Pretty sure he's not out till June. But, a CEO answered to the board and shareholders, not employees. Unless THEY all change, don't expect meaningful work-life balance changes any time soon.

He can’t leave this culture wreck he’s created fast enough! Someone for the love of God send him off on a rail……And don’t hold your breath for new incoming CEO. Usually changes are not made until 6mo to a year.
