Apparently they are cracking down on virtual days. They are comparing it to vacation, sick days, and submitted virtual days. They're looking to see if people are abusing it and are going to be using the data for who is in the near future. This is in GHQ so make sure to submit those days so we don't lose them.

We were told to pretend as though ad-hoc doesn't exist and to put it as a virtual day or a sick day or show up to the office.
Is GHQ even able to handle everyone being in office at the same time? I heard it was super crowded when this first started, but maybe enough people have quit and been laid off now for it to work
Wonder how they are factoring "ad-hoc" days into that equation?
