HC10 university recruiting teams stood down. Very few universities in US still visited by recruiting teams after decades of recruiting. Company match for university donations eliminated. Meanwhile in India:

My suggestion is start your own company with you hc10 peers. Work hard and make the company outstanding for 10-20 years. Then sell to a big corporation and retire early and rich.

I mean, being tone deaf and toxic positivity is kind of this person's brand. Recall the prior LI post from a few years back trashing our competitors layoff practices as we did the exact same thing. Just praying there's no more of the hollow, self serving 'mentoring' on return to EMHC... What a good example of pulling up the ladder behind you, but hey which senior XOM leaders can't you say that about.
