Working from home today

Aka taking a PTO day and still working from home so as to not drive to the office 1.5 hours each ways just to not see or talk to anyone else

You are falsifying company records by charging 8 hrs PTO and still working.

I use to “give” these ungrateful sw1ne a plethora of “extra hours” to get the job done. That policy went out the window when they escalated this RTO monkey business.

Sit down, Ambulance Andy. This was an employee choice.

It does not matter to the courts. If you create a situation where an employee feels compelled to take vacation and work during it, the company is liable for the unpaid wages. Black letter law, smart guy.
