Federal employees recently learned that AI is being used to check government issued phones (landline/mobile), all Teams/Zoom virtual meetings, and calendar entries.
Employees at multiple other agencies have identified the same. Federal Employees stated that they are living in fear they are being surveilled. Input from Federal employees suggest, “It’s like being in a horror film where you know something out there [wants] to ki-l you but you never know when or how or who it is,” Per multiple anonymously quoted employees from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, EPA etc. all gave the same input.
Per psychologists this level of monitoring adults generally has the opposite effect as it de-motivates, instills fear, anger and above all distraction in the work environment.

It is comically ironic that the people who have been paying trillions our your money to surveil everyone are now concerned that what is good for the goose may also be good for the gander.
The minions still don't get it...your title, years of service, org or boss loyalty have no bearing on your employment status. Only the bottom line and stock price present/futures will determine headcount...this is modern management at its finest! We are numbers that must be managed on an annual basis now in order to satisfy the all mighty US Stock Exchange!
T can't even figure out how to get a presence report right. It's why they refuse to let employees see their actual numbers and always say "you can get it from your manager".
Please tell me you can not be that naive? They are using AI already to monitor employees at T...I heard from friends that Legg clearly stated this in his recent Town Hall.
The Stink is too S T U P I D and incompetent to be able to use AI for anything let alone monitoring employees.
Besides, then the Stink might be caught setting up appointments to have his head buffed!
