People are being let go over the past few weeks... just not all at once. They are doing it this way to avoid panic.
at this point, it will be great to get laid off from this sh-t hole. Its depressing and bunch of looney toons for leadership.
No new updates. The guy in charge of the list saw his own name and through it out. With the exception of a very slim group of folks. I think everyone should start looking elsewhere and have something set for when they get laid off, not if.

It has been confirmed by at least two leaders that the list has been compiled. With the recent change involving a sales "leader", the plan may unfold at a different time now.

Yea, if you are referring to Mr Canada, yes. It is unimaginable to think how someone who had no sense of leadership was put in that position to begin with. He was delusional with the numbers he had committed to for the region, he hired his buddy for one of the biggest patches in the region while openly making threats on the calls and meetings to FIRE people who did not meet his expectations... and kept creating chaos and division in the team. He was an absolute joke and just to see someone like him be given the role as a regional leader speaks volumes on how out of touch our top leaders are from reality.

No! People voice their disappointment because they are fed-up and disappointed in the competence of the leadership who got us in this mess. Most of us worked very hard to get into VMware and even dedicated our years into our roles and carrier, only to now watch it go down the drain because of the ignorance and incompetence of our so called leaders.
