The best solution at this point is for everybody, whether you’ve lost your job yet or not… File a complaint with the department of labor… Maybe that will get some visibility & change.
Otherwise you’re just hoping Robin and his cronies suddenly get some morals

I just submitted a complaint with the DOL. Many of us older, long tenured employees are being discriminated against with bogus below expectations performance reviews, placed on Performance Improvement Plans with the sole intentional purpose of terminating folks “with cause” thereby rendering us ineligible to receive the Separation Plan Package. I strongly encourage those in this situation to file a complaint with the DOL. Strength in numbers matters.
