I love this company - for many years I have received fair pay for the work I do. I have been committed and creative and followed the company strategy…. I have been around and seen a lot and am grateful for the life I have given my family and the impact the company has had on my community.
I am worried in what I see in our current leadership. Strategy is inconsistent. Tools are siloed. Huge cash impacts are hidden. Focus is on nonsense. Just because you rename it- doesn’t make it new. Converged…. Just because someone asks about RTO - it doesn’t mean we are not in. We are in- have some fricken vision and let’s go!
