Mr. Tom Moran Still Listed as a Contact on BBB

I am in the process of writing a complaint letter and noticed on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website of NY, that Tom Moran is still listed as a contact. When I looked up Mr. Moran, it says he died several years ago. Then I looked up William Mills, and couldn't locate a Bill Mills. Then went down the line to Brian Severin. It says that Mr. Severin is no longer with the firm ? WTF is going on with all the wrong people listed as contacts at BBB. Why is a dead person still listed as a main contact. Somebody needs to update this information.

Ethel to Tilley! Ethel to Tilley! COME IN Tilley! (Tilley turned out to be Mr. Merriweather's Dog at the Seance).

Sad, no one updates important stuff like that, when key figures retired or died.

Really embarrassing, stuff like that never fixed!

Hey, I've got an idea, why don't you tell Stephen Rich about the needed updates yourself instead of posting them here where he is unlikely to look?

Your motivation in posting here is nothing more than vengeance for what ever perceived slight you have felt, which could not possibly be your own fault as you, Mary Poppins, are practically perfect in every way, aren't you? Actually do something by reaching out to Stephen and letting him know about the BBB edits that are needed. Or if you hate Stephen so much, for God knows what, and can't bring yourself to call or send an email, you could tell BBB that some of the information is stale. But no, people like you are not doers, you are complainers.

Finally, while we all agree that Tom Moran was a kind and caring person, Tom was not perfect (his wife is a saint). Tom handpicked Greed as his successor and allowed him to bring back Festog as his CFO (after Tom had fired him), and put Severin on the senior executive track. Succession planning is one of the most important roles of a CEO - I think we can all agree that he could have done better. And what, exactly, does Stephen Rich need to apologies to Tom Moran's family for?

Stephen Rich should address the BBB matter at the employee town hall. Just apologize to Mr. Moran's family for starters.

Is the company going to get this corrected with BBB ? It seems like it is not only Mr. Moran whose name is wrong but others too. I just looked on BBB and the OP is correct. Ge-z. How embarrassing.

Tom Moran served as CEO for more than 20 years. Sadly, as the poster indicated, he died in 2018. Under Tom's leadership, Mutual of America was financially strong, with sustained asset and premium growth. Quality customer service was a top priority, and there were no employee layoffs. Above all, Tom was a caring person who touched countless lives through his kindness.
