When a company chooses to outsource 90% of their work force and keep only management on shore, it should no longer be considered an American company. Unfortunately the current leadership is leading this company into this hole with no regard to the once proud stigma of being American Made.

When SM took over for GR in 2022 the SLT was told X% of tech roles should be offshored within 3-4 years. Operations had a similar plan but less aggressive numbers

I was there from 2021 to 2023. In ETX. It was alarming. You could then see the total move to Romania and India. Antiquated technology. Robotics was a joke.
