What is the “new structure” looking like and what are the guiding principles driving it?
A regional re-org is on the way, it’s been planned since they got rid of the AMEA head of region last year. Emerging markets will go back to Europe (EMEA) and China will go back to APJ (APAC). Teams impacted by this RIF have already had their reporting lines changed to the new structure. Office / lab closures or downsizing is happening next. This is just the beginning folks.
