That's correct. I was told by 2 separate executives that we had to reduce X-X number of FTEs and that does not include contractors.

Agree. They are making it miserable and not hiding it either.
Bank announced earnings. Trading making boatloads every day on market volatility. (but will we be paid up at year end? Nah, they'll recite same ole excuses like every year)
