The Purple is gone and Zayo needs to do their research on bad employees at Crown Castle. Houston OSP has the worst supervisors and above. The way they treat people is speechless and should not be tolerated! I see the bad treatment everyday and the favoritism is so bad at this company and is why this company has fallen so bad over the last two years. I hope Zayo cleans house with these terrible people working there!!!

I know the people you are talking about and they will get theirs!!!! There is a correct way to treat people and they do not. Maybe after they get the boot they will learn how to treat people or maybe their next company will give them a piece of their own medicine!!!! What goes around comes around!!!!!
You need to see company’s as company’s and not families, it’s getting a little old. Are there a--holes at work sure if they violate code of conduct report them and the company is responsible for upholding that and the laws, if they fail at that then it’s a legal liability and you can sue them. That is all a company owes us. Having a positive environment does produce more so leader training and choosing good leaders yes they failed, but that’s not a secret and seems they are starting to get that and cutting the rotten fruit out. It’s work not playtime so stop with the people aren’t fun or nice, you don’t have to like people to work with them. Exceptions are the ones creating issues that are legally protected or code of conduct, they need to all go and should be from what we are seeing.
OP, stop being so naive. Zayo could give 2 shitz about that. Zayo, like most companies, just care about the bottom line. All the over paid personnel needs to be aware that the minute the sale is complete, the clock starts ticking. Zayo pays their people significantly less then CC.
