Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Great job to the board and EMT making moves needed. Time to clean house, make us efficient bring in real leaders people who respect people in their teams and know how to build, not break. Change is hard, but it’s needed. Some leaders were put in roles they weren’t ready for, and it showed—bad or no direction, no support, and teams left hanging.

The former VP of Strategy is a clear example lacking skills, experience, and had no emotional control. The power trips and tantrums were infamous. People afraid to speak up because pushback was brutal. Toxic leadership crushes morale and slows productivity down, halts all innovation. Leaders like that impacted us financially and strategically (irony). Outstanding move to change that, seek stronger leadership!

You’ve got to cut out the failings to grow. Let’s go!!! Stock trending back up, not a coincidence.

Dying. Someone told me to check the comments, you really think it was just one person fed up with the consultant leader cr-p? That trainwreck brought us together. Wrecked data management and more. Say something, can’t because suddenly your life is he1l. Morale’s shot. Everything’s slow. What’s that Texas phrase for calling someone clueless so you may get it, Bless your heart.

Oh man, those accounting/finance people sure love tooting DS's ....ho-n. If he's smart he'll right-size by cleaning out the nepos. You don't need that many people to run a rental company. That's all we are is a rental Company now. The EMT needs to realize that, fix all the multi layered bs and then focus on five year strategic. Their 2 year has to be right sizing and streamlining or were toast.

Great job EMT and the board, you are doing the hard work we need.

Here we go again—someone dismissing valid points insulting people validation of low emotional control instead of addressing the facts. Next up: calling people “keyboard warriors” or “irrelevant” when there’s nothing real to counter the truth. Large groups went without out a competent trusted leader for too long, many still are based on bad decisions but have hope now. DS is helping right the ship!

Not quite right. After years of doing nothing, they were shifted into another VP role with the same lack of experience, skills, or results just with more people impact and that they did in all the wrong ways. It was announced weeks ago that they’re on the way out. Expected to be done today. .
