What a sorry pathetic way to get rid of folks?
What's the freaking use of praising individuals and saying how great they were after you boot them out?
It's like saying at a funeral how great the person was after they're dead, I freaking expect to hear that when I am alive or when I was employed.
What a sorry place I dedicated my time, energy, all the efforts put into leaving a perfect life to make a switch in this organization.
