How do I get my lifetime membership now that I am gone? 30 years on the job. Can't do it at Sam's .com , can't log on Walmart associate site and my club says it has to be done by me online...

Your welcome. Just help me keep passing it to those having trouble getting their membership. My GM and other managers were worthless in getting it. I did some research and found the email address looking in Google.

samsalumni@samsclub.com whoever posted that email address thank you very much !!! I sent them all my Sams ID info in the first message I sent them. In the fist message back I was informed my lifetime membership was activated. Quick and easy once you have the right info.

1 went to the desk they have no way to help
2 Called the 800 number they said go to sams ,cant do the lifetime membership on phone
- Chatted with the live link said I had to go to club.
- management gave me a link to a page on one walmart but I can npt log on there because I no longer work for walmart.

If you have your WIN just go to any club and they should be able to help you.
why would I ever want to go there again? Because I endured 20 plus years there and EARNED the lifetime benefit ! I am not going to leave without what they owe me !

Can managers fill out the form on the wire even if I don't plan on retiring any time soon? Been here for 20+ years.
You can email samsalumni@samsclub.com from home and ask them what you need to do. I ended up having to go through them to get mine also. I don't remember what information you need though.
I filled out the form and sent it to home office ,never herd back so I e-mailed home office personal they said they never got it. So she got my card number and did it for me but it is good until 2027 so I guess that's my lifetime !! It took all in all about 3 or 4 months to get it done. Even if you don't go in and shop it's worth it just for gas.
my manager did all that on the day I retired... That was august and I have received no other info,,, I left in Aug... typical circus..

There is a form that the managers have to fill out on the wire. Get with one of them and have them fill it out and submit it. You’ll need to provide them with some info. And if there is a secondary on your card they need their info too. It doesn’t just magically happen once you’re gained out, the form has to be completed and submitted,
