Couldn’t make it the whole 8.5 hours, sorry Chicken Legg. I’ll make it up another day but today is just too darn nice out and I’m contemplating taking Friday off. I admire what your game is and I want you to succeed in your goals to be a regular C level executive, but I just don’t have it in me to do what i’m told by someone shorter than me. You have the majority of the little people falling in line, so you’re not going to lose any cache’ if we all don’t shake in our boots. Monday’s a new week and we can play Big guy-little guy pretend games then. Have a marvelous weekend everybody.

If exempt, perfectly fine as long as you are meeting your metrics. If exempt, it’s supposed to be give and take. Work extra one week get a little time back the next. More people need to understand this and quit giving 50-60 hours a week, every week.
