Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

From the top down

Why don’t we change perspective and try fixing things from the top down? Instead of putting the front line in such a bind that it forces change, how about stop creating unrealistic business plans and swapping the wannabe managers around expecting things to work themselves out. KPIs would look a lot better if they actually fit the scope of work and operations were set up for success than the current “just do the best we can with what we have to work with” philosophy! Baker su-ks a little more every day

Sorry but you are alone in this.
You will not find any leaders in the corporate world admit they were wrong.

Admitting their flaws would tank the share price and might as well sack themselves. Or the share price would eventually tank due to their indecision and they get the golden parachute.
