This company has no future or real growth prospects. Stock price is in the gutter and will keep trending to zero.
No one is engaged or cares about anything happening; 95% of the people here are seat warmers and are paper pushing. No real work is being done but people make jira tickets or want to "talk offline" . All of it is a facade
They don’t even have a budget (training, going to conferences, etc) to invest in their own employees; one excuse after another.
Teams in India are incompetent and don’t want to do any real work ( always have attitudes and are taking vacation every two weeks)
I have been here for 2 years and this has been the biggest mistake I have made in my professional career
Run, don’t walk away from this place unless you like being mediocre and want to destroy the rest of your future career
