Suppliers are slow as sh-t, program management teams lack patience and side step engineering, engineering management full of grifters living in lalaland that they can't see the issues when issues are flagged. So many reasons for this. And all these new hires want their imprint on everything, so tearing down old Ford is the only option they have.

FNV4 replaced with FN74. What is old, is new again.
