@d8, don’t get me wrong, but I find it odd that someone who left 3 yrs ago and claims to be happier and at peace still follows these pages and feels strongly enough to post in such an angry tone. If things are truly better now, why the hostility? It kind of undermines the whole “happier, healthier” narrative. Feels more like trolling than sincere advice.

Negative Nellies? The original post is as negative as you can get! I absolutely cared about my position until I woke up one day and realized I couldn’t be a part of a company that sc--ws its customers and employees every chance it gets. My team was also like family and we still are. Look, it’s natural for someone in an abusive relationship to resist leaving, continue holding onto hope that things will get better and lash out at others who encourage them to get out for the sake of your mental health. I can 100% assure everyone still working there…..things are NOT going to get better and therefore neither will your health and happiness.

It can be disheartening to see how healthcare systems sometimes prioritize efficiency over genuine patient care. It seems they focus on getting by with the least staff possible, which can leave patients feeling overlooked and unsupported. Unfortunately, this issue persists, and many may feel that real change is unlikely to happen anytime soon.

For those negative Nellie's on this thread: folks have the right to vent. Maybe you didn't care enough about your position here but some really did. Our Team was like family. So maybe YOU don't need to be on this site if your so 'happy' with your new life the past 3 years. Take your attitude elsewhere

Layoffs been going on nonstop for a decade. If you dont like it go somewhere else. If you had a conscience you would have never worked here in the first place. Keep them direct deposits coming

Then get off your fu—ing a— and get another fu—ing job! Good grief, people! What’s worse, constantly ranting about how evil your employer is or continuing to work there? I left 3 years ago when my conscience informed me that I could no longer be part of that culture. It was hard work, but I found another job, my conscience is clear and I don’t ever worry about being laid off. I’m happier, healthier, and I sleep soundly at night. I completely agree with every criticism of UHG, but spend that energy getting out of there.

as a side note, the reason why most stock analysts are id--ts.

On April 28, 2025, UnitedHealth Group (UNH) stock had a consensus rating of Buy. It will be enough when they figure out how to run with bare minimum staff and pretend to care for patients. Which will be never.

When 70% of your team is offshore. But then they will probably just move the goal post to 80%
