Cuts and layoff plans drafted

Director level and above are once again being asked to draft lists of who to cut in preparation for potential layoff and outsourcing. Plan have to go up to 15% in engineering, product management.
Marketing is spared. Employees that can claim revenue with functions akin to PMO will also be spared.
The new bunch of fellows -like will always be spared especially GV and Melville.
On the plus side bigger bonuses are promised to those directors and above

I have developed software in a few places and I have never seen id--ts just posting anything that comes trough their little minds on rezi slack. It’s like an alternate reality… and the one all the time talking about get to work are the one that actually run around doing …not much
