Who is mentoring them? Anyone with experience is afraid to share because it might diminish their relevance.
Juniors are just doing the minimum.
They don't know how to work and are addicted to YouTube and TikTok. Usually watching on their phones.
Good for them, the company is not going to look out for them. If they got their jobs done first what is the problem? If they aren't being assigned enough work to keep them busy all day than it is in their best interest to look for jobs outside because they are obviously in an area ripe for cuts.
