The presence report tracks time connected to corporate Wi-Fi, but what does it report if you’re always connected via vpn? Does it report Zero?

"They went back to Oct 2024 this time in the supervisor dashboard, but employee details does not have or show the data before Jan 2025."
In my experience this is backwards. As an IC, I have data back to Oct 2024 but my supervisor indicated he only has back to Jan 2025. YMMV
“ Taken straight out of the “dark triad” playbook.”

So you know what’s coming now .
“….they will stop the updates for L2s to see their time so that, l2 can’t sue.”

The most faulty report used to take some big decisions which is directly related to someone career, and they justify saying they have evidences. If a company can do this level of tracking then they can fabricate any evidence to proof them right. This company is becoming unethical.
“I’m puzzled none mentions the fraud of rounding down time working by hours.”
If only working 8 hours in a shift, this is the bare minimum. Consistently working only 8 hours will be reflected in group rankings.
They use this report to terminate yet they can’t even update it on a regular basis.
It seems it’s not a big issue , but becomes a big issue when they want to terminate you, I think slowly they will stop the updates for L2s to see their time so that, l2 can’t sue.
I’m puzzled none mentions the fraud of rounding down time working by hours. My manager recommended stay a few more hours a day and hope the report doesn’t report you were in the office one hour or zero as it regularly does.
This company is creating unethical reporting to harass employees.

The pos hasn’t updated yet this week. Maybe someone woke up and came to the same realization as everyone else. The data is inaccurate!
You need to get a Wifi VPN to cover yourself.
"Be at the right place at the right time for the right duration and you don't need to worry about the details."
As the great Eazy-E once said, that m-fer's a nerd.
You do not use your vpn when connecting to corporate WiFi
Be at the right place at the right time for the right duration and you don't need to worry about the details.
Spoke like a d-mb person , must be a L3 or L4
Be at the right place at the right time for the right duration and you don't need to worry about the details.
Your head up your own a-s for the last 10 years. Got it.
Be at the right place at the right time for the right duration and you don't need to worry about the details.
So the question is, if there are no LAN connections, there is no presence report to measure against?
It does not report VPN hours. You should probably go look at the report yourself.
